남산 회현자락 한양도성 현장 유적박물관 설계용역 공모

Purpose
This architectural design competition is intended to refurbish the relics of Hanyang City Wall which were excavated at the foot of Hoehyeon on Namsan Mountain in accordance with the local laws, including the Cultural Heritage Act, and the Convention concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage, and to be offered a design draft which is necessary for formulating an on-site museum which enables a viewer to experience the technology of building the stone fortress and its excavation and preservation process. The phase 3 section at the foot of Hoehyeon on Namsan Mount, an area subject to this design contest is a place which the overlapped history of Korea is accumulated, layer-upon-layer and should be kept and protected. Hence, any design application should be a creative one which can form a bond of sympathy among citizens and carry the overlapped times, memories and remembrances of the site in a collective way.

Area· zone : Class 1 General Residential Area, Park and Cultural Properties Protection Area
Site area : 43,630.69m²
Scope of available construction : Approx. 900~2,000m² or so including the equired pavilion installation arena.
Gross floor area of auxiliary buildings(Management Office, Info Center,e etc) : 148.2m² or less
Usage : Museum of On-site Relics
(Relic excavation and preservation protection and exhibition pavilion, protection facility )
Size of architecture : One-storey building above ground
a. A pavilion refers to an on-site protection structure which enables viewers to experience the excavations and preservation of the relics.
b. An applicant may suggest his design which contained existing construction-completion parts in the Phase 3 section. Please see a plate for existing construction-completion parts.
c. An applicant should suggest the structure, finishing, height and number of floors of the architecture considering the laws and regulations, and the management and changes in the years to come.

4. Estimated construction expense : 4,463 million won
5. Estimated design cost : 284 million won(including VAT)
6. Estimated design period : 180 days after the date of contract(The final date including holidays will be fixed upon signing of contract.)
However, the period is subject to change in the course of performing the project.

공모목적

남산 회현자락에서 발굴된 한양도성 유적 등을 문화재보호법을 비롯한 국내 관련법 및 세계유산 협약 운영지침에 따라 정비하고 한양 도성의 축성 기술 및 발굴 보존 과정을 체험할 수 있는 현장 유적박물관 조성에 필요한 설계안을 제안받기 위한 공모이다. 공모대상지인 남산회현자락 3단계 구간은 중첩된 역사적 층위가 쌓여있는 곳으로 이를 지키고 보호하는 시민의 공감대를 형성하고 특정 시대의 단순 복원이 아닌 이곳의 중첩된 시간과 기억, 추억을 총체적으로 담아낼 수 있는 창의적인 설계안을 제안받기 위한 목적으로 한다.

건축 규모 : 지상 1층
a. 보호각이란 유적 발굴, 보존을 체험할 수 있는 현장 보호 구축물을 말한다.
b. 3단계 구간 중 기 공사된 부분을 포함하여 제안할 수 있다. 기 공사된 부분 도판 참조
c. 건축물의 구조, 마감, 높이와 층수는 관련 법규와 향후 관리 및 변화를 고려하여 응모자가 제안한다.

4. 예정공사비 : 4,463백만원
5. 예정설계비 : 284백만원(부가세 포함)
6. 예정 설계기간 : 당선 후 계약일로부터 180일(계약시 확정 예정, 공휴일 포함)
다만, 사업추진 과정에서 조정될 수 있음
