The word which is almost forgotten is arising, ‘Construction of hotels near schools’. However, suppose foreigners who is drinking wine and is looking down Gyeongbokgung like a garden in a suit room of a gigantic 10~20 floor glass-skin building. If construction of the hotel is allowed, Gyeongbokgung would be squeezed up more, the class of national symbolic street would be collapsed at a single blow, and the regionality of Bukchon, Insadong, and Samcheongdong would lose their colors.
Paris is an international city where history, tradition, architecture, and urban culture have become national confidence and added value. Paris has separately developed new towns and established cities thoroughly to preserve heritages.
Consequently, a new landmark like la Grande Arche de la Defense was able to be born. Nailing a single piece is strict in established cities, on the other hands, it has been allowed for the new town to develop base on capitalism as much as possible.
